Bariatric Dietitian

Loretta is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and a member of Dietitians Australia. With over 18 years industry experience, she gained her qualifications from Queensland University of Technology after completing a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2004.

Loretta has successfully coached thousands of Bariatric clients to help achieve their long-term nutrition goals. Loretta undertakes an individualised and holistic approach in the process of tailoring nutritional advice to clients’ individuals’ needs and goals whether that be weight loss (before and after surgery), reflux minimisation, disordered eating, chronic disease management and/or food intolerances.

Loretta understands well the mind – body connection and therefore develops long term therapeutic relationships and employs key behavioural strategies to empower client to achieve lifelong positive and balanced eating habits.
